1. They are formatted at 60 characters wide so you can use them directly with your mailing list service as they are.

2. They are only suggestions, you will do better if you modify to suit, write your own, or maybe just use these for inspiration.

4. I've use this "<$firstname$>" as the token for the readers first name, you will need to change that to the appropriate token for your mail service.
