Who Is Andy Shaw...

After having a go at retiring in 2003 and having my wife virtually throw me out of the house, screaming "go back to work", I now run Passive Investment’s ‘Marketing & Innovation’ and I love it. I find it an absolutely fascinating subject whereby I get to learn new skills and meet some very clever people. My job is to work with a few colleagues and bring in 100 new Clients a year, we’ll I don’t like doing too much real work!

I’m 39 years old and married to Alison since 1997. We have two wonderful children David 7 and Sarah 4. I love being part of their development and being able to influence their perceptions of the world. I believe they will easily accomplish more than I ever could, and I look forward to them keeping me in the style I have become accustomed to!

My current hobbies are: Exercise, health and nutrition. (I should have have done these to start with but I was too busy sacrificing them in the pursuit of wealth). I read for about an hour a day and try to apply as much of what I learn as possible. I am trying to change my perception of constantly achieving goals and continuously looking for new ones, to become a more relaxed person that really appreciates what he has now and is present in his thinking. I am currently working on my website www.AndyShaw.com where I am going to help people to increase their net worth by a minimum of 15% annually by careful goal setting and sensible steps.

When the opportunity came along to have our idea of property investment work for other people as well, I must admit, at first I didn’t really think anyone would really be interested. (Some people say I have vision – well this goes to show…not always!)
