Terms And Conditions
Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders received within 5 - 7 days if the goods are in
stock, if the goods are not in stock we will inform you via email.
If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as
soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we
will contact you to inform you.
Membership
Monthly membership is charged each 30 days once any trial period is over, annual
is charged 365 days after upgrade, the price will have been set on the date of
sale along with the trial period. Your card will be billed and www.AndyShaw.com
will show on your statement.
No refund will be given for any membership period that has already commenced.
Only one "free" trial membership per email or IP address will be issued, anyone
found trying to abuse this will be removed from the site.
If you find that a payment has been taken after you have cancelled or no longer
wish to be a member then simply email stating the email address used to sign up
requesting the subscription be cancelled. Any money wrongly taken following an
emailed cancellation will be returned to you as soon as possible and confirmed
that it has been done via email.
Cancellation
You can cancel any and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up
to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not
affect your statutory rights.
Monthly membership cancellation: If you are in a “free period” then cancelling
must be done before the payment date either by visiting http://members.andyshaw.com/cancellations
and choosing the cancel link, or of course you can just email me on quoting the
email address used to set up the membership requesting it cancelled and I will
action it straight away.
Annual membership cancellation: Should anyone wish to cancel after they have
signed up for the annual package, we will calculate the money that they would
have paid on a monthly basis and deduct it from the money they had already paid
and we will only refund the balance, the site would then be locked for them from
the next monthly payment due date.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery
and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be
unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an
unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.
